- DEFENSIVE BACKS: You need to be a technician. One false step and you’re a highlight for the other guy.
- LINEMEN: You are the engine room. If you don't have the leverage and hand speed, you’re just a big body in the way.

STEP 2: THE FILM: TRIM THE FAT
Stop sending 10-minute highlight videos. No coach has time for that. You have exactly 30 SECONDS to grab their attention.
- START WITH YOUR BEST: Your first three plays should be your absolute best. If you’re a DB, I want to see a pick-six or a massive hit. If you’re a WR, I want to see you mossing a defender or taking the top off the defense.
- CIRCLE YOURSELF: Don't make the coach hunt for you. Use a circle or arrow. Make it easy.
